Brenda has extensive experience in hospital settings and has spent several years working with diverse populations as an adapted fitness instructor and personal trainer.

She is a former Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience working in healthcare. Offering counselling support for individuals and couples, she provides a safe space and an open, accepting, environment.
