Counselling can help you understand your emotions, clear any doubts and conflicts, as well as encourage you to express and share your special experiences, feelings, and fears. Counselling can help children understand their abilities, interests, and limitations. You will discover solutions to personal issues, as well as learn ways to help yourself and others thrive in new and changing environments.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

In Vancouver, we are located in Yaletown at 1090 Homer Street on the 3rd floor.  In Kelowna we are located in the Landmark 6 building at 1631 Dickson Ave on the 11th floor. We also offer online counselling which is held via a secure portal easily accessed through a link sent to you prior to your appointment time.

We accept payment by debit, credit, etransfer, or cash. We do not offer direct billing.  However, if your extended health benefits cover Registered Clinical Counsellors or Social Workers, you will receive a receipt to submit to your extended health provider for reimbursement.

Most clients experience a change in perspective, an increase in understanding, and an improvement in self-reflection in the first couple of sessions. We recommend having a minimum of six sessions depending on the presenting issue, complexity of the etiology, and the desire for change.
