Lindsay is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #17110) with extensive experience supporting youth, adults and families in navigating mental health challenges. With a background in education and clinical practice, Lindsay specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, gender identity and sexual health concerns, behaviour disorders, general life skill concerns and more.
Holding a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in English, Sociology and Education, Lindsay integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and biopsychosocial (whole person) methodologies. Lindsay is also trained in LGBTQIA+ affirming practices and trauma-informed care, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for clients.
Passionate about empowering clients through connection, education and self-discovery, Lindsay takes a collaborative approach to therapy, fostering resilience and personal growth for the client.
