Having worked in schools for over 25 years she has a wide range of experience with children, adolescents and their families. Lindsay also worked with the Interior ADHD clinic and so has a deep understanding how ADHD can affect people at all stages of life. She works with each client to help them understand their own brand of ADHD and develop strategies to help them live their most successful lives.
Lindsay believes strongly in equality and equity for all. She has a great deal of cultural competency having worked in Vancouver, the UK and Africa as well as a local indigenous knowledge being born and raised in Kelowna. She is interested in how your culture and family story has helped shape you. She also considers herself an ally of the LGBTQ2S++ community and works tirelessly to raise awareness and advocate for rights of all people in our society.
Therapy hinges on the strength of the relationship between you and your counsellor. Lindsay approaches each client with curiosity, acceptance and care. She believes strongly that therapy should help you meet your goals and move forward in your life. She also believes that therapy can actually be fun.
