Lisa Butcher is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.  She holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in New Brunswick and a Bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Toronto. Lisa graduated summa cum laude from both of her degree programs. For the past 15 years Lisa has worked with patients and families dealing with crisis and trauma in front-line and Government workers. She has over a decade of experience working with both youth and adults experiencing physical and mental health issues.

Lisa takes an empathic, integrative approach to counselling. She is passionate about treating individuals, couples and families. She strives to understand how each person’s values, beliefs, and behaviours impact the family unit as a whole. Lisa has a professional interest in Emotional Regulation, Identity, and Family Dynamics. Crystal Munegatto, MACP, RSW #09186, RCC has a Bachelor of Social Work from Thompson Rivers University and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. She has worked in the field of mental health for the past 15 years as a Registered Social Worker and Counsellor.

The areas she has worked in include a very wide range of experiences including working with clients with anxiety, depression and OCD. Crystal has also worked in Neuro-Rehab for Acquired Brain Injury, Adoption, Relationship issues, couples counselling, parenting, motherhood, grief and loss, substance use, identity and life transitions, personality disorders, and major mental illness such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Crystal also has several years of experience coaching people in the areas of health and wellness, such as fitness and nutrition, inspiration and accountability.

Georgia Brown

Georgia is a passionate and creative professional that has successfully directed her way through the related fields of elementary education, adult education and employment counselling into the field of applied psychology and Clinical Counselling. With this experience, she has worked with persons from a variety of social and cultural backgrounds and is familiar with both the developmental and adult- life stages across the lifespan.

Georgia is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with BCACC and is also registered to work with CVAP and FNHA clients. She is a provider of trauma therapy for first responders and Government frontline workers. She has a Masters’ Degree in Education (Adult) with additional graduate work in Counselling Psychology. She also has five years experience working as a Clinical Counsellor in a Substance Use Treatment Center.

Her goal is to assist adults (of any age) to meet their personal emotional, psychological and social goals in order to live with satisfaction in the present moment and beyond. This often involves self reflection, courage, determination and the desire to experience and ‘live in’ our strength capacities in order to let go of the things that are no longer working for us.

Georgia’s primary focus is assisting persons to work with and move through anxiety, depression, their own internal conflict, external relational conflicts and the experiences of trauma (both adverse life events and life-threatening ones). In short, her goal is to help people gain clarity and satisfaction in their lives.

Sam has a passion for working with children of all ages. She has supported children and their families in various capacities. Over the last 9 years, she has worked with children primarily with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. She has supported them and their families through behaviour change strategies to generate connectedness with self and their family members. Teachings have included skills such as daily functioning, socio-emotional learning, self-regulation, and effective communication.  

 

Sam has a Master of Education in curriculum and instruction with a concentration in applied behaviour analysis and is a registered autism service provider. She has completed her coursework in Yorkville University’s Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program. Sam has also been a fitness coach of various capacities for over a decade.  

 

Sam’s warm, calm, and welcoming demeanour allows for a safe space of understanding. She values a client-centred approach that allows the client to take the driver’s seat on their journey of healing. Collaboration is important in finding the best treatment plan that supports client’s individual needs. Sam understands that everyone’s perspectives and experiences are unique, therefore she approaches from a curious mind.

Mindy is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who holds Master Degrees in Special Education and Counselling Psychology. She has a strong background in helping children and youth with Autism and ADHD in social skill development and emotional regulation. She has a special interest in supporting parents with positive attachment and conflict resolution.

In her clinical work, Mindy emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship and utilizes a person-centred approach to customize treatment plans. She incorporates applied behaviour analysis into psychotherapy to help her clients navigate through obstacles and make positive changes.

She has worked in various settings including hospitals, community care, and private practice in Kelowna and Vancouver. Sarah’s approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic, where she focuses on finding sustainable solutions that help her clients achieve their goals. With diverse experience in physical, mental, cognitive, and concussion rehabilitation, Sarah is passionate about promoting health and well-being, and providing rehabilitation to support her clients in their daily activities and roles.
